TACO DIP: THE BEST SUPER BOWL SNACK
This is my second year making this dip and it is delicious and so simple. I want it so badly right now UGH.
Ingredients:
Guacamole
Black or refried beans
Salsa or pico de Gallo
Sour cream or Greek yogurt
Shredded lettuce
Shredded cheese or queso
Directions:
1. If you’re using black beans, fry and mash them. I used EVOO and a fork to create a rough mash.
2. Make your guac. I use avocados, tomatoes, onions, garlic powder, salt & pepper.
3. Layer! I used a glass pan so you could really see the layers. I did guac, fried beans, pico, sour cream, lettuce, and then cheese.
4. Serve with chips & enjoy!
Notes: Feel free to bake it to melt the cheese. Spicy queso adds some good flavor. For a healthier dip, replace the sour cream w/ Greek yogurt and heat rather than fry the beans. I also used @daiyafoods cheese to have a little less dairy. Enjoy! ❤️
